Studio Policies & Event Terms
Booking & Retainer
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Your booking is not considered "confirmed" until the contract is signed and the deposit is successfully processed via our secure payment portal.
Headcount & Final Balances
To ensure your custom kits and seating preparations are perfectly curated, final guest counts and remaining balances must be settled 7 days prior to your event. No adjustments to guest counts can be made after this 7-day window.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, notice must be provided at least 14 days in advance to allow us to apply your retainer to a new, mutually agreed-upon date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the retainer.
Venue & Staging
We require a clear, unobstructed space for setup. We arrive 60–90 minutes prior to your guest start time to establish your studio environment. Please note that while we provide premium protective equipment, our high-pigment, professional-grade acrylics require a workspace free of delicate, non-washable upholstery or antique furnishings.
Liability
By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the event space provided and agree to our standard studio event liability terms. @katlongan_co is not responsible for damage to personal property or venue-owned items during the course of the workshop.
